Q. How Pricing/Payment Options?

Direct Bill:
T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Cellular One, and Virgin users
will be able to purchase Tones and Wallpapers through Premium SMS. There are
two ways to use our Premium SMS delivery if your phone is under these service
providers.
If you are browsing find the tones you want and click on "Buy Now". You will be
taken to a payment options page that will allow you to purchase with Direct
Bill. Click on "Pay Now" to complete your transaction.
If you know the Product Code (Product ID) of the product you want and the
Premium SMS Box appears at the upper right hand corner of the site, simply type
in the product code to get that Product sent to your phone.
You will receive the charge on your monthly phone bill.

Q. How can I order a ringtone?

Credit Card Purchase
Find what you want on your phone and click on "Buy Now". Click on "Pay Now" in
the Payment Options page under Credit Card.

Find what you want on your phone and click on "Buy Now". Click on "Pay Now" in
the Payment Options page under PayPal.

Ringtones and other contents: |

STEP 1: Choose the item you wish to download, then click on “SEND”

STEP2: Enter your mobile number, mobile phone's brand, model, and your
operator.

If you are already a registered member, then login and continue to download.
** You don’t need to register to download, you just pay for single item and
download the content.
STEP3: Choose your purchase option:
You can either pay for individual download or you can signup for credit
packages,
Individual Purchase
Simply pay for the the product you like. All of the items you have purchased
will be sent directly to your mobile phone.
STEP4: Selected product will be delivered to you. Dance on your mobile tunes!!!
NOTE: For polyphonic ringtones, wallpapers, mobile games, mobile utilities,
true Tones, sing tones, mCard, themes, your handset should have wireless
internet enabled to receive it.

Q.How to download contents to my phone, once I receive the text
message?
|
It depends on the type of phone you have and what carrier you are using. Some
phones will receive a text message and some will receive a WAP Push. If your
phone receives a text message, either click on the hyperlink
(http://d2c.wire2air.com/....) in the message or instruct your phone to extract
the URL via the options key. If you receive a WAP Push, instruct the phone to
download the message. Both methods will download the content on your phone.
This section contains examples of steps to
download files (ringtones or pictures) to your cell phone. Unfortunately, the
steps vary greatly between phones, even among phones made by the same
manufacturer. There is no standard instruction set that will cover all phones.
If these do not work for your specific phone model, look in the "Problems
Downloading Ringtones and Pictures" section for helpful ideas on how to
retrieve your files.
Nokia

Open the text message

Click on "Options"

Select "Yes" if asked to connect (this will download the file)

Navigate to the web link

Click on the file to download (the song may start to play or the picture might
be displayed)

Select "Save Sound" or "Save Picture"

continue with these steps:

Select a ring option and select a sound for the list.

Where are my contents?

Typically the ringtone arrives in less than one minute, but sometimes due to
carrier and network problems it can take several hours. In that case you should
follow these steps:
STEP1: Goto http://wap.wire2air.com from your phone using internet/wap access
from your phone.
STEP2:click on "Pick up your order" STEP3:Enter your mobile number (XXXXX) and
your orderid (xxxxx) and click on Get It now
Finally, click on the content to download to your phone.

Applies to: Polyphonics, True Tones, Wallpapers, Mobile Games,
Mobile Utilities, RealTones, Voice Tones (D-tones) and mcards.

Can I receive ringtones on my mobile phone?

Q. Though I saved the ringtone in my mobile phone my ringtone has not
changed. I am getting the old ringtone only whenever I get a call. What's
wrong?
|
There is nothing wrong. The settings have to be changed in your mobile phone to
make the downloaded ringtone as default. All you need to do to change the tone
setting is to go the Customize option and select the ringtone that you have
downloaded and press OK button. Now the default setting is changed to the new
ringtone. After this change, everything will be music to your ears!!!!!
This is the same case of other content type as well (like logo, group logo,
polyphonic ringtone etc). You can also follow the same procedure to enable the
downloaded picture message to be set as the default screen saver!
